Delivery: Normally Items will ship within 2 weeks. Custom orders will may require additional time. All orders are verified by two individuals prior to shipment. Should any discrepancies be found when receiving the merchandise contact me within 1 week of receipt to report the problem.

Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground within the 48 Continental United States. You may choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air or 3 day select for additional cost. US Postal Service is now available also. Shipping methods may cut down the shipping time it will still take 2 weeks to make.

There will be a cut off date for ordering in December to ensure delivery by Christmas. The Collegiate Jewelry ships out of Rhode Island zip 02905 incase you want to calculate the time by UPS.

All Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must go 2nd Day Air.

Returns: – All items sold by College Sports Jewelry is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your charm you may return your merchandise within 15 days of receipt of goods for full credit if defective, returns due dislike or to size may be subjected to restocking fees up to 10%. Custom Orders such as numbers, cuff links, tie tacks, earrings, money clips and key chains are not returnable unless defective. Most sizes are given and measured from top to bottom. Be sure to save the original packing and the original receipt.
