Delivery: Normally Items will ship within 2 weeks. Custom orders
will may require additional time. All orders are verified by two
individuals prior to shipment. Should any discrepancies be found when
receiving the merchandise contact me within 1 week of receipt to report the problem.
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground
within the 48 Continental United States. You may choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air or 3 day select for additional cost. US Postal Service is now available also. Shipping methods may cut down the shipping time it will still take 2 weeks to make. There
will be a cut off date for ordering in December to ensure delivery by
Christmas. Most of the Jewelry, except cuff links with a PD prefix item number, ships out of Rhode Island zip 02905 incase you want to calculate the time by UPS. The Cufflinks with the PD Prefix ship out of Texas zip 75205.
All Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must go 2nd Day Air.
Returns: – All items sold by College Sports Jewelry is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your charm you may return your
merchandise within 15 days of receipt of goods for full credit if defective, returns due dislike or to size may be subjected to restocking
fees up to 8%. Custom Orders such as numbers, cuff links, tie tacks, earrings, money clips and key chains are not returnable unless defective. Most sizes are given and measured from top to bottom. Be sure
to save the original packing and the original receipt. Contact me with your
name, the item number and the reason for return and I will send you
further instructions on where to send your package.
