You can make almost any charm into a Tie tack simply by filling in the box for the charm of your choice that you want to be a tie tack and ordering the quantity you want. Go back to College Jewelry and order the charm of your choice. Charms should be a minimum of 3/8" and a maxium of 5/8" and solid in the center. Pierced charms will not work.
